With our new Peace of Mind program, we’ve created a way to put your mind at ease about travelling again. During these uncertain times, things can change, and in case they do we’ve got you covered and we created a new flexible cancellation policy.
You’re free to postpone or cancel your vacation, it is all possible
✅ Change booking dates
You’re not locked in. We understand that things can change, which is why we allow you to choose a different booking date.
✅ Receive credit if plans change
If you can’t pick your new dates and tour at the time of cancellation and If you postpone your trip, we’ll offer Credit for Future Tours. We’ll convert your booking to credit for a future trip.
Updated Cancellation Policy
Reservations may only be cancelled by written notice sent by e-mail to Daily Istanbul Tours. If such written notice is received before arrival date / travel start date, Daily Istanbul Tours will accept such cancellation in these conditions :
- You will receive a full refund if you cancel at least 7 days before the start date of the tour.
- Cancellations received less than 7 Days of tour starting date are non-refundable.
